Remaster of 01micko's puppy slacko-5.7-non-pae. This version has bash update 4.3.30, openssl 1.0.1j, firefox 27.0.1(configured with privacy add-ons). Due to increased concerns about POODLE, all these updates are necessary. This distro is intended to replace slack57-e3. A reminder that only intel i915/965 drivers are loaded intended for ASUS eeepc users. An update to the original slack57-ff23 version iis shortly forthcoming with all video drivers intact and these updates available.

An update to ThoriumBlvd's slack57-ff23. This iso has the same privacy and browser settings as the eee-pc version. All video drivers included with ff23 have been maintained here. bash is 4.3.30-1, and openssl is 1.0.1j. A small browser-app is included to maintain TLS1.0 https security as a minimum standard. Firefox-27 browser can allow TLS1.1 and 1.2 versions. Simply logon, open the app and change setting...

Updated version of Puppy Linux slack57-eee iso with a non-pae kernal 3.4.82. This update has AdBlock Edge configured, bash updated to 4.3.30-1, and various additional privacy tweaks in FireFox23. The iso size has increased about 9Mb. NOTE: remove the MALWARE SITES FILTER in AdBlock Edge. Some sites such as archive dot org are listed.
